Also called the city of contrasts, Hobart sits at the foot of Mount Wellington and on the banks of the Derwent River. It is the capital city for Tasmania and has managed to preserve the Georgian and Victorian architecture buildings and colonial cottages. Its landscape is strikingly diverse and beautiful.
